Thomas and Inga McDonagh are delighted to welcome you to Glasgow’s newest malt whisky bar, shop and alehouse, The Valinch.

Following on from many happy years of running the Bon Accord, we hope you will join us as we embark on our new venture.

Here at the Valinch, we offer a selection of the finest scotch malt whiskies paired with an ever-changing variety of cask-conditioned real ale to cater to all tastes. With hundreds of famous and lesser-known gems alike, discover your new favourite dram from our vast gantry.

We specialise in independent bottlings and high-end distillery exclusives, including our oldest luxury malt, 72year old Macallan. Whether you are a complete novice or a seasoned connoisseur, we have the perfect dram for you!

As you walk down the stairs, leave behind the hustle and bustle of Hope Street to enter into a warm and welcoming haven for locals and visitors alike.
